How are distances calculated?
We use the HERE Routing API for real driving distances and times, accounting for road networks and typical traffic patterns.
Can I set the direction?
Yes — choose whether to calculate distances FROM your addresses to the hub, or FROM the hub to your addresses.
What if an address can't be routed?
Failed routes are marked in the results. Enable the Address Verification add-on first to maximize match rates.
What file formats work?
CSV, TSV, Excel (.xlsx/.xls), and OpenDocument (.ods). Up to 5,000 rows per file.
