1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CDXStreamer ("the Service"), operated by CDX Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CDXStreamer provides bulk data processing tools including address verification, demographics lookup, geocoding, routing, and distance calculations. Users upload data files, which are processed and returned as enriched reports.
3. Accounts
You may use certain tools as a guest. To access full reports, save history, and purchase credits, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Billing & Refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Per-use charges are billed at the time of purchase. Subscription charges recur monthly. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable. Refund requests for per-use purchases must be made within 7 days and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Data Processing
Files you upload are processed solely for the purpose of generating your requested report. We do not sell, share, or use your uploaded data for any other purpose. Uploaded files are deleted after 30 days unless you request earlier deletion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, to process data you do not have the right to use, or to attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Data accuracy depends on upstream sources (USPS, US Census Bureau, third-party APIs). We are not liable for decisions made based on data returned by the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
